This was originally just a really quick, rough sketch that I put into my drawing book while watching the Winter X-Games. I wasn't sure whether, in its then-current state, if it was worth coloring or if I should just discard it. Then I got the idea that maybe I should finish it out with just pencil, since I haven't done a drawing that way in a long time. And here we are.

In retrospect, I'm glad I decided to finish it.

For extra fun, compare the pose and subject matter to this picture, which I drew five years earlier. Not only were the similarities completely unintentional, but I wasn't even thinking of the MegaMan pic at the time. Funny how the subconcious works, isn't it?
