Knife
This was an animation I did a few years back, just to see if I could do it. I came up with the idea, drew the 72 individual frames, and stitched them together (using Flash) in one evening. Yeah, I know it's not impressive or anything; I'm just illustrating the point that you can try something new in one sitting and have something to show for it.

It might play a bit rough the first time due to loading, but if you refresh your browser everything should be fine.

And yes, as Jared correctly supposed, I used to make flip books out of Post-It pads when I was younger.
